1) What is does the cross mean to me?
Have you left it at “a symbol of Jesus dying for my sins?” Or have you explored what it means for you that the temple curtain has be torn: that there now is a way into the Presence of God and actual communion/relationship with him?
2) How do your answers to Mark’s central questions change your life?
How does it change the way I think in this world? How does it change and impact the feelings I am wrestling with on a daily basis? How does it change my behaviour; my interactions in person and online with those I know and those I don’t know?? With those I agree with? With those I disagree with? At the end of this study, what needs to change/what do you need to do?
3) What’s the one big takeaway that you are attaching to the book of Mark; that you will apply in efforts to grow in spiritual maturity?
